Portugal is one the beautiful Europe countries, very rich areas by historical estates and personage, and in 2019 Portugal was considered as the 3rd safest country in the world according to  the Global Finance Matrices.

QUINTA DA REGALEIRA the mysterious inverted tower located in Sintra Portugal,
People are so curious to be in an inverted tower, a great location and a perfect vue for the mysterious looking guys who always want to be in an adventures places and a weird monument that doesn’t have a copy of it in other places in the world.

The well of Quinta da Regaleira is classified as World Heritage Site by UNESCO within the « Cultural Landscape of Sintra », this city has many palaces such as Quinta do Relogio,  Pena, Monserrate, bu the Quinta Da Regaleira is considered one of the principal tourist attractions of The historical City of Sentra.

The current estate was built and completed by 1910, by different owner and multiple architecture design styles  and cultures that helped building this mind blowing estate including the Romans, Gothic, Renaissannce, and Manuelin.

The palace contains five floors (a ground floor, three upper floors, and a basement). The ground floor consists of a series of hallways that all connect the living room, dining room, billiards room, balcony, some smaller rooms, and several stairways. In turn, the first upper floor contains bedrooms and a dressing room.

The second upper floor contains Carvalho Monteiro's office, and the bedrooms of female servants. The third upper floor contains the ironing room and a smaller room with access to a terrace. Finally, the basement contains the male servants' bedrooms, the kitchen (which featured an elevator for lifting food to the ground floor), and storage rooms. And in the Palace you will found the Impressive octagonal Tower.

In park of the Palace you will find an impressive system of tunnels. Multiple entry points leading to the chapel, Grottoesand waterfall Lake.

The two wells that resemble the underground towers lined with strais are the initiation wells, the funny  fact for me is that this wells has never served as water sources, but instead of that they were used for ceremonial pupose, and this wells are conected by the tunnelse above them, and beside to many caves and and other monuments located around the the park.

Of the two wells, the larger one contains a 27-meter spiral staircase with several small landings. The spacing of these landings, combined with the number of steps in the stairs, are linked to Tarot mysticism. The smaller well contains straight stairs that connect a series of ring-shaped floors to one another. This well is also called the 'Unfinished Well'.

The athmospher that made this monument comes to many visitors eyes as a an unforgatable estate is the the two artifficial lakes and some impressive and well desinged fountains that were added by Monteiro ( Carvalho Monteiro an old owner of the estate, baught it for his collection of symbols that reflected his interest and ideologies),.

The amazing and mind blowing thing in Regaleira is the Aquariumwhich was built as if it were naturally embedded in a large boulder. However, this beautiful addition of the estate of Regaleira is no longer used used and is poorly maintained.
